Transaction Size Range - $100,000 to $7 Million

Transaction Structure - Project based joint venture partnerships and syndications

Location Qualities - Major city corridors, infill locations, historic/downtown areas, urban renewal districts

Historical/Old Town Redevelopment - Land for expansion of historic districts and main streets or redevelopment of parking lots or existing buildings. Opportunity to increase density and add mixed use elements.

Historic Office Conversion - In-fill areas in and around downtown municipalities high walkability characteristics. Either highly vacant office space for release or office with potential ability to convert to apartments.

Residential Condominium - New partially complete or mostly vacant residential condominium developments.
