I have studied and worked in the realm of spiritual science and wellness for over 25+ years. I am a Medicine Keeper of Tobacco - Nicotiana quadrivalvis, tabacum, and rustica.

I completed a 7 year apprenticeship with a trained curandera after initiating with Tobacco and I continue to work with groups and individuals in healing ceremony.

With over 2000+ hours in a variety of Yogic disciplines I taught classes and trained teachers for 13 years. During this period I co-founded a non-profit offering education, wellness, and recovery services and spent five years training teachers in Maine’s maximum security prison.

I studied Anthroposophy and the evolution of consciousness completing foundational studies and classically training in Waldorf pedagogy. I later trained in Biodynamic Farming & Gardening at the Pheiffer Center in NY.

I am a certified Spiritual Director and have a B.A. in Health Arts & Science from Goddard College where I studied intergenerational trauma. Through my studies and training I had the blessing of healing much of my matrilineal line of the imprint of sexual abuse and violence.

For eight years I have taken a yearly pilgrimage to northern Italy for in-depth study and I continue to refine my work - Sacred Remedy.
