I am a Medicine Keeper, Educator, and Artist.

Much of the long list below is irrelevant as my particular medicine and essence is the most important aspect within the Sacred Remedy. It is my modality. A modality gifted and refined after many long periods of study, initiation, and integration. A mysterious and beautiful thing that cannot be replicated.

I have studied and worked in the realm of spiritual science and wellness for over 25 years.

I completed a full initiation with Tobacco - Nicotiana quadrivalvis, tabacum, and rustica. And as a trained tabaquera I hold his medicine and wisdom.

I completed a 7 year apprenticeship with a trained curandera where I learned to listen, to see, make medicine with the Elements, and work with groups and individuals in healing ceremony.

For eight years I traveled in pilgrimage to northern Italy for in-depth study and I continue to refine my work through the Sacred Remedy.

Outside the world of shamanism I have 2000+ hours in a variety of Yogic disciplines. I taught classes and trained teachers for 13 years including five years training teachers in Maine’s maximum security prison.

I studied Anthroposophy and the evolution of consciousness completing foundational studies and classically training in early childhood Waldorf pedagogy. I later trained in Biodynamic Farming & Gardening at the Pheiffer Center in NY. I am a certified Spiritual Director and I have a B.A. in Health Arts & Science from Goddard College where I studied intergenerational trauma.
